I was a little worried about the lights as they were priced a lot less than other companies. But they came out brilliant and also easy to wire up. I would like to make one suggestion especially when working with large 85” TV is that the wires be a little longer. Apart from this which was easily overcome the lights were the cherry on top for this media wall.

The panels were quite easy to put up - Husband said - we used 6 panels and 5 tubes of glue. The lights are fantastic. So glad we ordered them. Love how my lounge looks now.

Easy to install. The wires could be longer but overall very good
Lights up very nicely, could have done with longer cables, had to buy extra leads to get spread. Would have liked it to dim down one more level. Had to add tape to led strip sides as a little slack in some divides. Overall gives nice effect.

We purchased the brushed silver panels, with light strips ( 2 sets) we used the glue to stick to wall but also screwed them for a more secure fit. We are very happy with the product and the result were exactly what we wanted.
The wires are far too short to reach the adapter to plug in and when asked if I could purchase another one was told they don’t do them so I have had to order one online, lights are nice apart from that, also ordered panels and they were damaged when they arrived as the box was wet contacted customer service who we’re not then best, be careful when buying the lights as this is a big issue.

The led lights are great but one of the 6 strips .. arrived and the wires had unattached from the unit … so my set of 6 strips is now only 5 … Don’t know how to contact BHS about this ?

Recieved my order on time. Inspected the goods and all was adequate bar one of the 1.5 meter strip lights from the lighting pack i ordered had a loose wire that was sticking out. I immediately emailed them to ask for a replacement. The response received was basically since they could not determine when the fault occurred and that I already had installed the product (I had not. This was their assumption) then it was my problem not theirs and that they would give me 10% refund from the light kit. Rather than aiding a customer in having the fully functioning product they chose to leave a sour taste with the whole experience.
Like the lights, just my remote doesn’t work and the box and lights get very hot.

I have been trying to arrange a full exchange or refund for over 2 weeks but keep being ignored. My lights don’t work. I sent one strip light back hoping to get one back in return and I got the wrong colour black apparently that’s the only colour you do now(mine are white) please send me a full set of black strip lights and you can have this lot back . Thanks if not I want my £99 back

Very happy with the panels the lights were a bit more work but if you can wire a plug then should be no problem we were very pleased with the look when it was finished
Plug with no cable, each light has 80cm of cable. You would have to get an electrician to extend cables & wire plug, driver etc. Absolutely shocking and misleading…AVOID at all costs!!!

I have emailed you as soon as these arrived to tell you that the two longer lights are badly warped and u can’t use them but to date I’ve not had a response. Please advise what will happen next. I am wanting to order more panels for my bedroom too but not until I’ve heard from you regarding replacement. Thank you
