Premium Herringbone Wall Panel 240cm x 60cm (Multiple Colours)

Firstly, I had to help the poor chap carry in the incredibly awkward and heavy pack of five 160 x 60 herringbone panels. Bless him, he asked if I was strong enough to help as he was on his own. Never underestimate a mere woman! He appeared to struggle far more than I did…

Now, panel number one. The diagonal strips were fighting desperately to become something they were never meant to be: horizontal lines. The tiny dab of glue holding each strip of laminate, complete with its wood-effect sticker, had about as much staying power as George Best at a free bar after his 1971 wonder goal against Sheffield United.

We ended up having to re-glue numerous strips ourselves. The other four panels are still in the box, and frankly, we daren’t open them for fear of what fresh horrors might be waiting inside.

Sadly, it seems the standard of these acoustic panels has slipped considerably over the past few years. The last pack I purchased a couple of years ago was actually decent oak. These certainly aren’t what I’d call the Best… excuse the pun! 😂

We’ve also ordered another style from this company and emailed two days ago asking to cancel them, but so far our request appears to have fallen on deaf ears.

It’s such a pity because we had high hopes they would look as good as they do in the website photos.

Instead of “magnifique”, we got Del Boy’s “mange-tout, Rodney, mange-tout!”

Panelling was supposed to be delivered Monday 28 now not coming until 03/ October had someone coming to install it on the 3 so have had to cancel trades man very poor service

Iten quality not good, wrong itemsl arrive. After waiting for replacement to correct order, panels arrived damaged;(

I didnt like anything! It arrived with wooden slats fallen off so literally had to glue bits back on before i could use

Still, i'ven't put them up yet. I'll put them up when I'm decorated to my living room. And then I'll show you a photo. And I probably would want more of a different colour, but yes, excellent

The quality of this product is somewhat poor, but still of great quality for the price. That is my 2nd purchase and I'm pleased. I just think that if we paid for the delivery, it should be a bit quicker.
