Very happy with purchase. Easy to install and setup.
The lights look amazing! The only issue was that they we didn’t quite fit snugly into the gap. After a few different options we found the right fitting. Would be a good idea to advise other customers and offer a fitting option. Overall very happy with our purchase
Love the look, was a little prob as to how get them to stick but we used silicone and hey presto it worked Love we can change the brightness Everyone loves the effect

Nice and bright!!! Only issue was getting stuff to stick to the silicone. Cable quite long and the adapter box has plenty sockets to add more if you want 😊

It fits perfectly into the wall panels. Although the lighting is just a static one, no motion at all. Also the PIR sensor to detect motion is not working yet as I left home for one hour and still meet the LED light on. The instruction show it turns off after 30seconds if no human body is detected. In all it was good but can be better

Looks amazing, easy to fit but needed to get some double sided sticky tape to hold in place. Would have appreciated that as part of the kit.

Excellent fitting into panelling
Great lights, make such a difference to my wall panels.
The light fixtures don’t stay within the slats. I contacted for advice as to how to keep them up was told to use sticky back tape but because the lights are made of a silicon nothing sticks to them in order to get them to remain up I had to buy light clips that had to be drilled into the felt to allow the light strips to click in place.

The LED lights supplied do not fit into the wall panel width gaps and simply fall down , when customer service was contacted I asked for replacement lights that fit the 10mn gap between the slates was told to botch them up with double sided tape or adhesive, Rude and unhelpful reply . Stay well clear of this company
The first set arrived and the remote would not connect to the sensor at all. I had to go through several rounds of back‑and‑forth emails and push hard to get the issue addressed. Eventually they agreed to send a replacement — I expected just a new remote, but they sent an entire full new set of lights instead. When I tried to plug this replacement set in to set it up, it exploded immediately. It tripped my whole house fuse box straight away. The metal parts inside the power box and adapter plug are completely melted, singed and burnt — totally destroyed. This was incredibly dangerous. It could easily have caused a serious fire or given me a fatal electric shock. Please do not buy these lights — they are unsafe, and the process to get help was far too much hassle.

Switch doesn’t work or connect wirelessly Have spoken to Asif through email , who wasn’t much help not wanting to sort my problem out . All plugged in correctly and followed instructions but it doesn’t connect , No switch on/off or dimming
Look good but doesn’t come with any instructions. I had to fix them in with Sticks like, was the only way I could see so. No chance of moving now

Awful, would not recommend anyone else buys these. The remote did not work, the rubber can on the end is too big to fit between the slats. The slats would not hold the LED strips and we had to glue them in,
Such a useless instruction you have provided. Nothing in the instructions matches the kit you have provided. Unable to pair the remote trying for the last 2 hours. No online instruction/videos available to cut or pair the items. Cheap local company
I would have actually liked to have recieved the item. Ive constantly emailed them and asked for a call back. Nothing just another email to add details of my order. Then a other email asking the same questions. Then tell them I haven't recieved order and the same email keeps coming back. Now I've been asked to leave feedback that's why I've taken a picture of nothing because that's what I've recieved. Will leave review on trustpilot and warn people
I had problems with the first lot of lights I ordered, but eventually after a few weeks it was sorted out. The lights I recieved I expected a remote control to switch on the lights & dim them....there's no remote, I recieved a sensor which to be honest isn't fit for purpose. The lights are supposed to push into the slats on the acoustic panels....they do but just fall out because they're too loose. I thought I would remedy this by using 10mm double sided tape to stick the strips in to the grooves, the lights were still falling out! In the end I had to Magiver the strips and used black rubber wedges to wedge between the light strips and the panels. To be honest they look ok but could be improved.
Didn't receive my full order in the box but messaged customer service and they made sure they sorted the issue. They look lovely in the wall panels. The light strip is black in the panels when the light isn't on but it looks lovely when it's on or off. (Just thought I'd mention that in case you are expecting it to look clear when the lights are off). I've had a friend ask where I bought them as she really loved them too. Thinking about purchasing a few more sets when we do other rooms.

Lights look great on the panels, didn't quite fit so had to improvise using some of the spare rubber to hold it in place.
Love the light . They just enhance the look of the wall board. Only downside.- It would have been better if some kind of fixture advised to secure to the board.
LED strip lights are great the remote is disappointing , It sometimes takes a good minute to switch on and dim!
