The panels arrived on time with no damaged ones .they were easily fitted and they do have the wow factor and they are the central feature in my newly furnished lounge in an old cottage

Happy with the result and pleased with the 50mm wider slats. Suggest you make sure to add further staples before cutting to length and for sockets etc as they are spaced quite far apart.

I have asked your repeatedly to swap the 8 panels of smoked oak which you depicted as dark grey in your site photos which is actually walnut brown ! For 8 panels of the dark grey ! I agreed to the exchange when you emailed me if I wanted to exchange i said yes send them with the order I have with you for the 18th of December which is now tomorrow ! I still don't know if you are sending the 8 panels of dark grey to swap over with the brown smoked oak which is useless to me, You don't reply to emails or calls so I hope you are sending the right panels on the 18th I have an order with you Your Order BHD66637 which is 12 x 240x60 grey marble awaiting a delivery slot if you can include 8x 240x60mm dark grey or 8x dark silver i can exchange them for the 8x smoked oak I have which are all still wrapped in plastic and I have the boxes to put them back in as well If you do this i will award you 5 stars as nothing wrong with the 12 extra wide light grey you delivered with the smoked oak But at the moment i'm just frustrated with the lack of communication! What an absolute joke of a company. They took payment, confirmed a delivery date, and then less than 12 hours before delivery came up with a nonsense excuse about a delayed container. I work in transport, so I know full well this is something they would have been aware of long before giving a delivery date. I gave them an additional week to sort it out after being assured it would arrive, only to chase the delivery again and be told—on the supposed delivery day—that there was still an issue. Completely unacceptable service. One word of warning: this company trades under three or four different names, so make sure you double-check the registered address before dealing with them. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone.
You sent me a email asking for my feedback on the panels I have bought. Here’s my feedback, you’re still selling the panels that I ordered on your website, I bought them on 15th but you’re telling me they’re out of stock and I need to wait 3 weeks. Can’t call you because you don’t have a phone number. This is the worst’s customer service I’ve ever had.
I have received my order 24-11-25 but unfortunately teak oak was send not natural oak as requested. I tried to contact them they don’t have contact no and I sent them many emails to replacement but they ignored me !!!! Please get my advice don’t buy anything from them they will send you different things what they want !!!!

My order took a while to arrive. (3.5 weeks) because of stock issues. But delivery was good and very happy with the acoustic panels. Absolutely top quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this great company again.
ordered 6 panels came in 5 days they are nice and thick and the light oak wood is a good thickness i chose the 50mm slats and they look modern and realy nice on the wall very good product and a very good price

I feel a little reluctant to add this review as my wall boards are of good quality but I’m disappointed with the colour teak/oak. They are quite dark and not what I expected. My workman was waiting to hang them so I felt I had to keep them. I appreciate it was a small order which included a £20 delivery fee. Just three days after I had to order another end trim (which was for the top as my walls arnt completely straight). This cost £9.99 and then another £20 delivery fee was added!!!!! I did feel angry as your only a few miles away from me. You really had me over but I had no choice but to pay as I had to have this item to complete the job. From a very unhappy customer. As for your emails I have received a ridiculous amount over the space of three weeks which are all dupllicated. Approximately 100.

I ordered 6 panels plus a lighting strip kit back in Nov 2025. The order was not received until March 2026 & when it did arrive, I had been sent the wrong panels. I had to argue my case to have these replaced. I was fobbed off with many excuses. I finally managed to get replacement panels sent out after weeks spent back & forward with various people in the company. This all had to be done via email as they have removed phone numbers - no surprise there! The new delivery date was set. I received a phone call on the day to tell me my replacement panels would not be delivered as they had not been sent to them from their supplier. Poor communication as I’m sure the company must have known about the stock/supplier issue prior to my date of delivery! The company set a new delivery date for weeks later. This was then pushed back even further without any explanation. When the panels did finally arrive, they were once again the wrong colour!! I am incredulous. I have contacted the company to request a full refund. I haven’t as yet had a response. Unreliable & untrustworthy. If I don’t get a refund within the week, this will be getting posted all over their socials & I will be contacting trading standards.
