We’re really pleased with the panels, they’re excellent quality and a great price. Initially, we planned to go with the gold option, but decided to add a bit of contrast by including the black marble effect as well, which were really happy with. Delivery was fast, and communication throughout was faultless. The delivery driver was especially helpful, he arrived just as I was five minutes away from house, but he remained patient, and stayed with the delivery at the door until I arrived. He was polite and even offered to help carry the panels inside, which was much appreciated given how heavy they are. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Ordered 6 white marble, got 5 plus one brown. Nightmare trying to contact the company to get a replacement, finally managed through FB. Then had to jump through hoops to get the replacement panel. Abysmal customer service
One panel arrived damaged, picture of it immediately sent via email as of 1st May 26. Its now been over a week with no reply.
