We have received delivery of the Premium 3 Sided Wall Panels - 240cm x 60cm (Oak). Firstly the order was delivered exactly on the day we were quoted which was great! The panels were packed well and are exactly as advertised. We can’t wait now to have them fitted to finish off our lounge. Easy to put up and they look amazing. Transformed a very plain wall. They are good quality and good value for money. Very good experience from start to finish , easy website to order from , delivery was smooth, I could see at all time where the driver was and how many drops was before me , driver was very polite and helpful, the quality of the wall panels purchased are very good and was very easy to fit , really happy with my purchase and will be re ordering shortly for an other project ,the only thing I would suggest is giving customer the opportunity to pick a date from different days for delivery as not always possible to be home and also maybe a bit faster delivery as 10 days is quiet a long time to wait while on the project you are doing , all in all a very happy customer, thank you ,,,

My panels took a little longer to arrive but received a text a good few days in advance and was able to leave a message for the driver as I was not going to be in. Panels are just the colour I was looking for and easy to cut to size and put up.

The advertised measurements are incorrect and misleading. I have finally gotten round to fitting these panels and didnt think to ensure they were as advertised as the reviews are good but I suspect they are paid for reviews as these are certainly not of the quality or even specifications expected based on your website. This became even more noticeable when the LED lights I purchased to fit the measurements on your site don't fit as they should. I checked again to see if I'd made the error but the panels are drastically different in dimensions. One of the panels came completely misaligned but it was the one I ordered spare to make off cuts from so didn't bother complaining as I'd already started the project. Really disappointed.

After a late delivery, finally delivered and the colour / quality is completely not as advertised. Colour of slats is wrong (ordered dark oak). Colour of the panel backing is also wrong as you can see from pictures attached (appears as completely dark in advert, arrived white). Advert states overall thickness of panel "27mm" but it is 15mm as you can see by picture I've attached. I'd like the order to be corrected please and if not possible, refunded. Many thanks, Alex

The panels are pretty good. I have some from Wickes in a different room that are 3 x the proce and I prefer these. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired though: taking orders that can't be fulfilled, not informing until prompted, giving conflicting info and then suddenly a text about delivery! Apart from that I like the panels, could do with some more staples on the backing as most walls will end up cutting them and having loose slat ends but not a showstopper. easy to cut if you use masking tape over the cut line to prevent bad ends.

Love these board's, actually ordered more!!! Wasn't sure what to expect, however that all changed. Board's as advertised, only thing I will say is colour looked different from pictures but kinda always does so always check........i was sent pictures so kinda got a rough idea what colour would be like .....the colour i got wasnt far away from what i wanted so i was very pleased . The quality is brilliant. Would absolutely 💯 recommend this company. Will definitely use again and recommend to my family and Friends.

I bought wooden panels this yr wooden ones no problem. Bought 4 white marble panels and as you can see by photos they are all damaged. One panel couldnt get pic as i have already hung them up and behind drawers but like first one its snapped. Just put them up as i didnt think could return them as im in scotland. Really dissappointed with these ones just plastic
