Looks nothing like my previous order. I appreciate the colour may differ slightly but this is nothing alike (the colour and the grain pattern)… even the size of it is different. Your customer service is shocking. I asked for a refund or to send another trim out but you wouldn’t. Hence why I will be warning people about you and that you bribe people £10 to leave a good review
Materials were delivered in good time and quality is good. Only minor issue was that the order was missing two sections of trim. This was reported to the delivery driver and sent via email without any response. The project is partially completed and looks great so far
Ordered another 6 panels natural oak. 2 panels wrapped separately as 4 were boxed. On opening ready to install, one of the panels that was separate had coating scraped off at the top. I am hoping to fix this myself, as too much bother to send back. I have ordered 4 times from here, and would like to say you should offer different size trims to complete the job. 25x25 in my case wasn’t big enough for older walls
Advertise the product that your going to send, looks nothing like the photos on line and the item description gives you no indication the panels are completely different in size and no way of fixing except through the face and personally i dought they wouldn't last a summer. Can't believe the poor quality and to top it off the clocking beads don't even cover the panels, the advertised pictures make the panels to look like 50mm slats and the clocking beads 30mm with secret fixings, really fell short with the items I was sent.
Wrong colour delivered and no reply since. Have emailed 3 times and you've done nothing to rectify the problem. I see others have had the same problem so dont have any faith that you will do anything about it. For now I would urge people not to buy from you. Hope to give a more positive review soon
Arrived on scheduled date. The quality is perfect. My only issue would be that they are listed as 2.9m but we're only 2.4m
I ordered dark grey but received a light colour. I questioned the driver but he said it was these. I pointed out the dark ones on the lorry but he said no. Not really happy
I ordered dark oak and was sent a light coloured trim, nothing I can really do with it as it doesn't match the dark brown panels I bought to go with it. Very disappointed
This is now 3rd delivery of same trim and 3 times problems 1 delivery damaged and wrong colour 2 deliveries wrong colour now spent a month trying to get the colour I original ordered , with customer service takes a week or so to respond Project been on hold , in end I had to paint the trims at my own cost as could not trust them to send correct colour a 4 th time

The colour of the trim doesn’t match the colour of the clad. Even though they have the same colour name and are listed in “related products” on the website. Refused delivery and haven’t been contacted for a refund.

By actually accepting your items are poor quality, not fit for purpose, don’t match the items they are supposed to and refusing customers their hard earned money back instead of leaving them with products they can never use!
The corner trim not matching the colour very well in general is to small to match the wall panels!!
The wrong replacement trim arrived on the 25th May, I have emailed supplied order numbers photos everything BHD gave ask but no return correspondence except for asking for ne to give them a review. So here it is, good panels abd trins which all watched apart from one, on finally getting in contact with them, a helpful lady arranged a replacement which turn up the wrong size, lighter shade and now no contact from their customer service. My only options now are order another trim hoping it's the right one that arrives or shop some where else and replace the lot. This has been a long drawn out saga, sadly not funny anymore. BHD ,your goods are excellent but the after service let's you down.

Was wrong colour arrived also damaged , your customer service is terrible, it takes 3 days to get any sort of response and they reply with a question No Soloution , then it takes another 3 days for reply , my project can't be finished as can't get straight answer from your team on how to get correct items re delivery
Wrong colour for a second time. Have got dark oak exterior wall cladding, but have been sent twice light oak trim.
It’s the wrong colour the cladding is yellow I have emailed asking for this to be sorted with no response
Initially we were happy to purchase these from British Homes Direct. Transaction and delivery was smooth and problem free, but however I am very disappointed in their after sales service. The incorrect corner pieces were sent to me. I then emailed this company (as they don't possess any telephones, which should've been my 1st red flag against this company. I have received no contact to my complaint. A further email has been sent to this company, along with messages via social media (FB), to which they have to wait 72 hours before they look at your email. Is this company this bad that it takes them 72 hours to respond (and in my case, no response) to the what can only be a large amount of problem cases. My strong suggestion is to look else where if you're looking for these wall panels, as the customer service is disgraceful. As a customer whom has paid good money (I will be seeking a legal response to this to stop any further payments to this company) again my strong recommendation is to give this company a wide berth. This is not the way customers should be treated, again absolutely disgraceful customer service. I wouldn't normally this bad review, but all attempts to contact this company for assistance, have been totally and utterly ignored. Safe to say that I DON'T recommend this company at all.
Wrong colour arrived half of the order is missing keep chasing up nobody cares to help or respond, shouldn’t be allowed to operate will report them
So I live in the house with the white door your other driver and previous orders found me ok. The man delivering my trim delivered it to the wrong address
Ended up short as described as 2900 long only 2400
The fencing is fantastic but unfortunately we received light oak for the finishing off of the tops after contacting manufacturer who with out hesitation replaced the tops but unfortunately with the same wrong colour
The fasteners were not delivered but everything thing else was a quality product and looks great now fitted. Will be ordering more once you have the same product back in stock.
