Got wrong panels delivered. I ordered white like what the box says but they were green inside. Also delivered to the wrong address twice even though my address is very clear to understand. No one picks up the phone or answers emails either! Terrible service, avoid!!
Very rough finish, didn’t realise how bad it was until started painting I’d definitely recommend buying lots of sand paper to prep these to a good standard of finish
Best to paint them first before fitting.
Very poor quality product. The item is extremely thin and poorly manufactured. We lightly sanded, primed, and painted it, yet the finish turned out very poorly. My carpenter, who has 35 years of professional experience, stated he has never worked with a product of such low quality. Unfortunately, the company’s customer service has also been disappointing and has refused to provide a refund. Won’t ever order from her again!!

2 panels come damaged. Emailed the day they arrived and sent chaser emails. 5 days later no response. Phone number doesn’t work. Messaged through social media to ask to be responded to. Still no response or solution.
