The trim looks good, the led lights are not fit for purpose.i tried calling but couldn’t get through. So went on the watts app number to get through to an African sounding gentleman, couldn’t understand a word he was saying.finally understood a few words, about downloading a Lemfi app. Looks so dodgy.its a transfer app to different nations. He said it is a safe app, to transfer me a refund and compensation.VERY DODGY.. CAN YOU REFUND THE COST OF LIGHTS ,OR REPLACE ONES THAT FIT. THANKYOU

First class service from ordering to delivery we were kept in the loop. The product looks awesome on our wall and installation was so easy. An extra star for our delivery driver who called the day before to confirm he would be coming to us. The day of delivery he called to say he was 30 mins away. I'm disabled so the driver kindly brought the panels into the house and placed them where we wanted them. A big thumbs up to British Homes Direct ☆☆☆☆☆
Good quality panels, easy to put up but unfortunately some slight damage to one of the panels but overall pleased with the end result.
Ordered twice, 8 acoustic panel boards with trims, on first order, then 6 on 2nd order also with trims, so easy to install, look absolutely amazing. Strongly recommend ordering the trims, just looks exceptional. Both delivered as agreed on time. Great value, would definitely order again when needed.

The corner piece is of good quality and really finishes the job off perfectly
So easy to install for a first timer next is my pouch. The photo is just one bit of my kitchen were its fitted. The glue goes off really quickly so dont apply untill fixing.

The beading we used for placing on top of the wall panels and ceiling, because the house was build by someone who didn't use a spirt level, the walls are out this makes it nice & neat, just finishes it off , makes it look very professional. For £9-99 per beading it excellent value. Excellent quality and product. 5 STAR product & company, will be using again. Thank you to all the members of the company.

Not bad quality based on the price ,much better than expected ,good rigid corner trims .panels are ok ,the only downside is the slats are stapled approx ever 10" so if you do smaller cuts they fall apart and need to be stuck on.

I ordered 5 in dark grey and 2 edge strips. 1 panel was taped to the outside of the box and 4 inside the box. When I went to fit them 1 is light grey out of the box and other 4 were dark grey.
