Great panels , good to work with . I did notice that as I unwrapped each one , the same LHS strip was cracked . But when it’s on the wall you can’t see it . Definitely worth the money
The panels are great quality and to precise specification . Easy to work with and on this project I used (and purchased) the adhesive recommended by British homes direct. I also used the trim angles . Everything that was supplied was first class. Great price too and would recommend them. Lastly I’m not a professional builder only a DIYer and I found it easy to do !!

Fabulous look the panels are of a very good quality easy to put up and they look fab the photo I have attached looks great at the moment but not quite finished thinking of painting the center wall a very light mocha colour… Fast and prompt delivery for the price they are 100% better than spending 3 or 4 times that amount . Came within a week, the delivery driver was in touch the day before and arrived following day. He was fab, made sure it was placed where i wanted to store it until install. Little bit sceptical at 1st because of how cheap the product was compared to other places but no need to have worried excellent product and so easy to cut and install (watched a couple of videos on you tube)ordering was easy online and delivered on the date stated by a polite driver would highly recommended and will use this company again for my next project

Fantastic product. Easy to install!!
So pleased with the acoustic panelling! We ordered 3 panels and needed to cut them down to fit the space but it was very easy, so long as you measure properly and mark out where to cut. We used a simple hand saw for the wood and Stanley blade for the felt. Use adhesive and black screws to secure and it looks fab in our small front room. Good value and pretty fast delivery. Particular shout out to the delivery driver who was really nice and helpful!
This paneling really finished off my hot tub area & matched with the decking area too.. such good quality
Great product If one constructive comment I would have loved to have able to source some wood stain to match exactly the colour of the wooden strips on the panels Maybe it could be an extra income source for you
I was a bit worried these wall panels in walnut would be too dark. Not a bit, brought some lovely texture to the rooms, love it🤩🤩 Also, delivery driver was very pleasant ,arriving on time. A great experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. My neighbour got B_ Q at triple the price and is gutted he hasn't known about this company😁
We bought the dark oak coloured panels to use on our kitchen wall. I wasn't sure how easy it would be to fit these, as I wanted to fit them to the window and bigold door reveals. Lots of measuring and careful trimming has led to a fantastic finished wall!!!
Looks very good. Arrived in time. Installation is not bad for a first time. But gave it 4 stars as cutting was not very smooth we used electric jigsaw and hand saw. In both times we could see the wood cracks at the point of cutting, maybe we didn't use the right tool. Anyway it looked amazing in the end and we're happy with the final look

This is not my first time utilising British Homes Direct as I have had many panels over the course of my garden room build. I can write a review based on fact and I can tell you for sure value for money wise the panels from British Homes Direct are a common sense purchase. We have all been online and seen panels at significantly more cost yet these deliver in value and performance. Choose your cutting method wisely based on your panel of choice and trust me we have tried them all. But with my choice being the walnut slatted acoustic panel the cuts came out great. Sloping roof to contend with and the obvious challenges of where panels end within the corners and around windows but all is possible given some thought and patience. Point is the panels supplied by BHD have been great with perhaps to marked panels out of must be around 20 panels plus I have used. White marble effect on one wall and walnut on the remaining walls. Nearly finished now but worthy of reviewing the service delivery and products from BHD. I will be returning soon when I’m ready to tackle the deck outside for their composite deck boards so fingers crossed the service and products match the interior experience. Do your self a favour stop googling get them ordered and save yourself some money 💰 All the best BHD Jon

Great quality and fantastic price. It was really easy to cut the panels to size and fix to the wall with plasterboard screws. Media unit now looks amazing. Delivery was brilliant and the tracking facility worked really well.
Whilst we like the product, the ordering process, or to be precise the after sales support for an incorrectly delivered order was terrible. No phone number available and all contact was done a via a very slow email chain which generally took 3 days for a responses which I suspect was from an AI assistant. Took 2 months to get the correct panel to complete the job. And I have never been subjected to such a high number of marketing emails. At least two a day all announcing their sale is ending tonight. My summary : Product good, after sales service poor, I will try else where next time.
Loving my new panels! ♥️ The quality is much better than I expected, especially considering the price. I did so much research before buying them, and I'm really pleased with the result. Installation was relatively straightforward, but we opted to use a professional as we had lots of sockets that needed cut-outs, and we wanted to make sure everything was finished neatly. The only downside is the sockets. It would be great if there were more supplier options for socket solutions and cable-hiding systems. We're still on a mission to get this sorted, as we didn't have the option to move the sockets 😓.
Product is perfect for what we wanted. I was sceptical due to the price but when I compared to other panels I have bought from the likes of B&Q it’s exactly the same quality for 3rd of the price. Delivery was slower than I would have liked but it was definitely worth the wait!
Brilliant! I was a little skeptical at first for the price but I am so pleased with the panels, I put them up with glue after cutting them down to size. Delivery was great too, could see exactly where the driver was on the delivery day, would 100% recommend!
Fast delivery great product and easy to install
This is my first time working with this type of material and wished I had a mini electric circular saw I ended up using a Stanley knife to cut each of the strips to the correct length Be aware that the decorative veneer on the strips can splinter if you use the wrong cutting tool, you might want to measure and mark then do a couple of practice cuts on the ends that are due to being thrown away, other than that they look great when put on the wall (or ceiling if you're brave enough lol) totally transformed the look.
First time installing these and it was very straightforward. Fixed with instant grab adhesive. Very pleased with the finished result.
