The trim is nice and chunky and finishes the fence lovely giving it that professional fitting touch but I fitted it myself love it I've ordered another 5trims and pks of boarding to finish the garden of.

One side was split but I had plenty the other end for the 1m I needed off the 2.9m length. Tidies the job up nicely and covers the ends

Wrong colour! Different batch! But how can you sell wrong colours from different batches if they were out of stock when i bought my panels?? Very bad after sales! Terrible company!!
Ordered oak trims & cladding , trims are not the same colour oak as cladding, they are more yellow. looks a bit stupid but didn’t have much option so fitted it.
They delivered two different types. I emailed them, and they didn't respond, they also take a very long time to deliver.

This is the worse company to work with We're do I start massive delays on the delivery When it arrived the van was over loaded so it meant the items were damaged and marked I tried to speak to the company very slow on reply When I did they wanted photos that's fine but then they wanted to collect the damage items and when back they will check and replace Or keep and have 10% off But if you leave a good review they pay you £10 what a joke Poor quality Poor communication Poor back up Definitely won't be ordering again
