Nothing like the images. Really hard to fit as there is not enough hidden edge for screw fixing.
Would never use or buy product from this company ever again as the communication was terrible and I’ve tried asking about a return and have been ignored.

⭐️ DO NOT TRUST BRITISH HOMES DIRECT!

I am absolutely furious with my order from British Homes Direct. I ordered Dark Gray (pencil grey) wall panels 20 days ago, and after waiting all this time, I finally opened the package only to discover that the panels they sent are BROWN — completely different from the colour I ordered!

To make matters even worse, they also sent fewer panels than I ordered and paid for.

So after waiting 20 DAYS, I received the WRONG COLOUR and an INCOMPLETE ORDER. This is completely unacceptable.

I paid for a specific product, colour and quantity, and British Homes Direct failed to deliver what I actually ordered. What a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company. Do not trust them with your money unless you are prepared to deal with mistakes, missing items and a huge waste of time.

Absolutely unacceptable. 1 star is more than enough.

Arrived a day late and the panels were damaged, no response from the seller regarding this. I was subsequently blocked on all social media after asking to speak to soneone.

Won’t buy again from this company, hundreds of others having similar issues. If i could give 0 starts I would.. steer clear!!

Wrong colour delivered again but i needed to clad my shed so will make do with the walnut colour instead of the dark oak i wanted.
Customer service is non existent .

Great product just a terrible company to deal with.

Looks really nice. Twas easy to fit using batons to the wall. Used an angle grinder easily yo cut it for corners and gave a smooth finish. Will buy again for other projects.

Brilliant job

Panels some are 2" shorter than others which made job twice as long

Happy so far,not fitted yet due to bad weather.

The panels are really good but unfortunately the 3 corner trims which arrived are completely the wrong colour , my panels are dark oak and the trims they sent are light oak
