Very disappointing experience.
I ordered four PVC wood-effect panels and had to wait 9 days for delivery. When they finally arrived, all four panels were damaged.
I immediately tried to contact the company to resolve the issue, but there appears to be no effective way to reach them by phone. The call goes straight to voicemail, but the voicemail box is full, so you cannot even leave a message.
Waiting 9 days only to receive four damaged panels is extremely frustrating, and the lack of customer service makes the situation even worse.
I hope the company responds and resolves this properly, but based on my experience so far, I would be very cautious about ordering from them.
